Kind of sounds like PXD views the seismic data as non-incriminating if they're willing to make sure Mosh gets it.

Could this be the case?

I think Woodside wants to get to the gas. They are putting the heat on Pioneer. Prices are around 10 dollars now. There also could be news from Nords hydro that they want to avoid.
