A lot of what has been happening does not make any sense.

That decision did not make any sense.
Interdigital Appealing it in California did not make any sense (to me).

And there is someone offering 30,000 shares at $20.05 right now,
and that seems to be making sense to him or her but depresses the price and causes me and all who hold the stock lots of pain.
