I think Roger installed a new president to hype investors into buying more of his almost unlimited supply of stock. The ticker continues to trade, and I suspect a lot of those stock sales go directly to Roger's wallet. As long as he can continue to receive income from this, he has no reason to shut it down. There are no SEC reporting requirements in pink land. It wouldn't surprise me if Roger and his buddy Mercer issued a few more clever useless PR's along the way, to generate more income for himself. I don't think any lawyer would take the case, because it would be extremely complicated, and you can't squeeze blood out of a turnip.
