#354 RE: buyittradeit #353

That's the point I was trying to make :)

Each case has to be assessed on an individual basis. Who knows the reasons behind the way deals are set up? There is obviously some sort of demand for this product in the middle east, otherwise this deal would not have even manifested.

Further, did anyone read this part?

Stephen C. Haley agrees, as a shareholder and/or as a member of the Board of Directors of Celsius Inc. to vote for the affirmation or appointment of a member of the J & G organization or their designee, as member of the Board of Directors of the Celsius Holdings, Inc.

Now, why would J&G want to become a board member? Hmmm... perhaps a vested interest in the long-term growth of this company?

This indicates to me that we don't have to worry about the diluted shares ending up in the float. It appears that J&G will be holding on to those shares for some time.

Unbelievable
I say I've seen this BEFORE.....that means PREVIOUSLY
AS IN THE PAST
If you're going to try and make a comparison.....make it apples to apples
It's RIDICULOUS to ask for an example and then play games like this.

When DCBR had ONE product
that's when it showed a very direct correlation to CSUH NOW
You compare CSUH Now WITH ONE PRODUCT basically with DCBR NOW and you have apples and oranges
You compare DCBR when it was DCBI to CSUH now and the correlation
is very direct EXCEPT DCBI had MORE VOLUME.....More market activity which says to me: What's CSUH doing wrong? or is it just today's market?
DCBI did have the advantage of a slightly better market.

and DCBR is now at .28 after a reverse split
Where will CSUH be after a Reverse Split???????
and as far as the PR's......
Maybe these companies cut and paste them from each other
The similarities are there.....

It's one factor I use to predict CSUH at .10...guess what?
I WAS RIGHT.
There hasn't been a single other poster who has been RIGHT about the SP of CSUH besides me.

DCBI went down to .02 and worse......
So I look for CSUH to do the same because of the similarities....
I watching the same type actions deliver the same results.
It's disappointing......but it is what it is....

The difference here is:
I didn't buy CSUH and find myself losing......
I can still buy if it bottoms and be a winner
and
without any of the losing....

Anyone else that bought in when the price was higher
has a tax loss and hope

I can wait for a bottom and if it happens....
Ride it to the top....
It's called buy low.....sell high....
