We are glad to inform you all that: As of today, the items on Our February 29, 2008 Press Release have been accomplished.
To better inform our share, PDR holders and the general audience in AMERICA II, the Grupo PANAMERSA is structured in the following way:
I. Grupo PANAMERSA is the generic name, the result of the Thesis of 1977 that developed the sense of belonging leading to the commercial Integration of Central, South America and the Caribbean into the economic development of Pan America (better referred to as Team AMERICA today). PAN AMERICA, S.A. PANAMERSA and later PANAMERICANA DE FINANZAS, S.A. PANAFIN, began these group of companies with a sense of belonging, throughout Pan America and Spain. To better assist their objectives, FUNDACION PAN AMERICA, a private interest Panama foundation was created under Law 25 of the 12th of June 1995, with a mandate to protect the patrimony of all Pan Americans and beneficiaries in general anywhere in the World and create value. Also PANAMERSA CORPORATION pnms:PK was started in 2007 to participate in the publicly trade markets in the USA and from there to the rest of the World. A trading platform referred to as the PDR Exchange was incorporated in Panama June 2007 to allow trading of PDR’s representing beneficial ownership and participation in the Integration efforts of Team AMERICA. To date there are over fifty six operating companies , six beneficiaries, seven Crown Corporations and hundreds of affiliated companies operating under PANAMERSA with a sense of belonging. The Grupo PANAMERSA does not discriminate member Sovereign Nations and promotes intensively the good neighbor policies for all THE AMERICA. We are fully aware that only through education and culture development can we accomplish economic stability for all without frontiers, henceforth, creating value for all Beneficiaries.

II. Additionally, during March, CORPORACION PANAMERSA, S.R.L., incorporated in August 5th, 1993 began development of the MESOAMERICA Business Center located in Sabana Norte, San Jose 1000, Costa Rica. It is a High Tech Internet Business Center. Corporacion PANAMERSA, S.R.L., PANAMERSA Corporation pnms:pk, Amerisol, S.A., Ah Networks, Geo Salud, enlinea.com and a call center are the first members to offer global specialized services. As we all know Costa Rica has become the America's Business Center.
III. Panama Canal - the activities in the Panama Canal area are being executed as planned, there is a lot of coverage in all major media organizations. Construction and earth moving companies with sense of belonging are now removing 7.5 million tons of earth near Miraflores lock's and the Lake in Gamboa. A group of companies from different parts of the globe are now bidding for other contracts. The completion of the Canal expansion wiil be done in approximately 10 years.
IV. Cruceros del Caribe, S.A. – Has been incorporated, the feasibility studies have been finished and the business plan is complete. The purchase of ships is being negotiated. We plan to be in operation by the end of 2008. The first phase will have a Cruise leaving Puerto Colon in Panama, with stops in Curacao, Jamaica, Santiago de Cuba and Santo Domingo. More information will be available through Tour operators engaged in the project.
V. Port Sae La Fortaleza - at two years since it's inception the business plan has been completed with projected opening date being 2014. The physical location of the theme park will be disclosed once all negotiations and purchases had been completed The common voting shares have been paid and represented by Five Billion EUROS, Twenty per cent of these common shares will be offered to Strategic Investors that would be interested in acquiring concession rights. The preferred type ‘A” will be offered later through a private offering.

VI. ECOPark del Pacifico will be done through a public offering in The Costa Rica Exchange and the PDRex. Membership will be offered to the Public. Strategic Investors will be asked to participate in the real estate development and concession of projects.

VII. EcoSecurities Rancho El Laurel, Socieda Anonima has been incorporated. A Sales Team is being prepared at the MesoAmerica Business Center to promote the purchase of The ECOSECURITES Rancho El Laurel. The term EcoSecuritiy refers to a preferred type ”A” share representing beneficial ownership of a block of square meters of the protected areas of Rancho EL Laurel in the Limon Province of Costa Rica.
VIII. Jatropha Curcas and Costarricensis – Panamersa Corporation pnms:PK is an AMERICA II USA company where a high production of Carbon Dioxide is generated, therefore, it is natural that pnms:pk would direct some of its resources to mitigate these threats to mankind. pnms:PK and Corporacion PANAMERSA, S.R.L., will work together to carry out, with the assistance of JATROPHA BIOFUEL TECHNOLOGIES a division of AMELOT HOLDINGS, Inc., the following:
a) negotiate commitments that are now in place with Costa Rica's IDA, a governmental agency in charge of distribution of land for social purposes. IDA has 220,000 hectares under it's administration currently,
b) Other possibilities of land for Jatropha cultivation are being studied in Panama, Ecuador and post embargo Cuba. In the latter there are talks being held for the development of 1,400,000 hectares. We believe that that should help our economies in America I, III and IV gain more independence from fossil fuels.
