'HRCT's immediate goal was to acquire about 20 schools by 2008 and 50 by 2010. Revenues from 10 schools were forecast at $40 million, thus $200 million for 50. He described his numbers and estimates as conservative.'

'The agreements are legally binding and that they are already into the 30 day period that leads to a Hrct payment as stated in recent filings..Once that payment is made the numbers will be reflected in Hrct's quarterly numbers..and he also said that the year end report for Hrct will contain those numbers..So in essence, the deals are done and the next quarter will reflect the additional profit....

They are going to establish them as "The School of Hard Knocks." The only thing is, they haven't learned anything yet. So once they have a success, they can open the first "School of Hard Knocks" and get back on track.
