Yep, makes sense.

They CANNOT confirm they are doing a reverse merger to anyone before they release such info publicly.

Even if they said, "we can't confirm or deny this rumor", everyone would know it was true.

So their last option is to flatly deny the reverse merger is taking place.

phew...I was crappin' bricks at about 5:30 this evening.

CuttinRog...Thanks for putting some clarity to this situation...This will be an opportunity tomorrow for the MM's to shake the trees. It seems they do need the shares...Not many shares were bought today in the big picture..I purchased 125000 so we will see how tight fisted this is.

And how come they didnt incorporate any of their subs on DE?lol Why just this one? They only did just the CKDN Circadian Inc with a 6 million A/S. They could have done the A/S 100 shares or 200k. Nope they did 6 million!

And again why did they not just do Circadian Inc on the MA SOS? It was there already. Nope they used the DE SOS circadian thats tied to us, then did they used their supposed home state Circadian inc as a foreign entity.lol


Why is Circadian Inc a foreign entity if they are doing business out of MA? Its because CKDN was incorporated through the laws of Delaware, thats why! They couldnt get the shell otherwise.



Sorry if Im beating a dead horse but this stuff cracks me up.
