What an extraordinary web of deceit and dishonesty these individuals 'allegedly' cooked up. There is absolutely no defence whatsoever for this activity if 'proven'.

Is the SEC case a criminal prosecution with severe penalties if convicted? I hope Monterosso and Vargas get do some serious jail time if convicted.

It's like Enron all over again, albeit on a much smaller scale, only by the numbers involved..
