TT, if I recall that quote was from before FINAL studio approval in the fall--which was delayed beyond what everyone expected after the June "pre-approval". The final approval simply took longer than people thought it would, so the yr end estimate was reasonable at the time it was made. I can't make this any more clearer for you.
