Let's look a that statement a minute, "TitleMatch..., has a deal" (not just negotiations) which in my opinion means a definitive deal has been signed and agreed upon, "with a retailer" which in my opinion means brick and mortar retailer and not an online 'e-tailer', "for a pilot test of its DVD kiosks", which I interpret to be the actual placing of TitleMatch DVD kiosks in a trial offer in the aforementioned brick and mortar retail location, "later this year", which I take it to be sometime in the calendar year of 2007, "said Mary Litchult, VP of business developement", which I consider a person in that position to know exactly what she was speaking of due to the fact she was privvy to all related inside information and agreements therein.
