I am fairly sure that you were ON that CC last year, as was I. It was stated on the CC by someone about E&Y (in an official capacity, though it was not RH). When RH was asked about that, he stated that they had auditors but would not say who.
That was the hub-ub at the time, but it was not started on this message board, rather on the CC.
Regardless, RH did say that they had auditors back then going over the contracts and such.
