Braden, I believe. He was right, and he was wrong.

The Bellwether came out and the SEC filing also came out. Yeseterday, RELM's website updated to show the preferred A strategy. So, stuff is happening.

But, he made it sound like a PR was coming (per Carol herself), and it never did. Maybe it is, but it got delayed. Who knows.
