If they were going to dump those converted shares they would've have done it already into a pump IMO. As long as they are holding and NITE is buying I think we're good to go. THat tells me those shares have value and either figure in whatever deal is going on, or they will be sold into some really big news here and we'll all get a chance to cash in too. But we may want to hold a few even through a small RS of 10:1 or something like that. JMO.
