This whole setup bodes well for a big move, I just hope it's as you and all the DD has foretold. A big move can be one of two directions... I'm with ya, I've checked it out like you all have. Looks good to me and I say let her ride, what comes, will come. JMHO and they will come for em, make em pay :)
