....I DID note that it was from 2002 and that the equipment was from '96 so I am not certain if it has that much value today (to India's agencies) ... then again, it begs the question about their financial abilities to make use of VTSI's more expensive state of the art equipment (imo)

...I mean, if they couldn't afford bullets...

the target practice for the junior and IPS officers has not been organised by the police headquarters for the last several years for want of bullets.

I appreciate your digging this one up... sort of put into light some issues Virtra might also be facing today. I sure hope a lot has changed since that article.

Charlie2~check out what happened to FATS on the exchange today and apparently on NO news released? Something tells me they may have been the recipient of another contract. There is NO justice if they can move 26% and after our enlightening, uplifting and positive conference call we moved south almost 6% (groan)
