Jim: There is no relationship between the awards he cited, and no hidden motive for Shay's award.

CFO-McQuilkin was awarded 5,000 on Mar 24. This is one of the four awards made this past week that no explanation was given,

CEO-Merritt was awarded 3,727 on Feb 20. This was IAW the annual bonus program

Legal and IP Officer-Shay was awarded 10,000 on Jan 18. This was given for his promotion



What were the dates of those gifts ?
