TZ - you are wasting your time...It was never an investment that should have gotten that serious for anyone. This is a gamble pure and simple. No body is going to win anything with a court battle...Zero, Zip and Nada.
And if you think the SEC would be a white night forget it. They would halt the shares and it would really be over w/o any recourse...Think twice on that one...
I have driven by the site, and they are drilling with an honest to God full size 38 and a competent crew. I don't know who owns the drill though, and we're not even sure if CMKX owns the property. The other problem is that it isn't a "discovery", it's a kimberlite that was found 10 years ago and abandoned for lack of diamonds. All this is a matter of public record at saskatchewan Industry and Resources.
