It could be that mainly insiders converted, but we don't know that. It could be that only outsiders converted and that they are all screwed.
At the time, it looked as an attractive offer: 14 billion O/S, 20% of TFN, buyback program, deal with CD holders and PPS trading at 0.0004 - 0.0005. So it could be regular people went for the 0.00015 offer.

I was thinking it would happen after the restricted are free-trading too... BUT... I have also been suspicious that the whole preferred/restricted share thing may be have been some sort of deal with shorts that were out there... "Convert and cover your shares or you will get burned." (I'm convinced there were at least 4-5 billion shares outstanding about the time of the preferred dividend when more requests for the dividend came in than the O/S allowed.) In this case, a run could happen before the April 30 date.

Look, I believe I understand you but a small possibility I don't. Let me state this and then you can tell if I'm on the same wave length.

OK, all the 144's are all the same. Insiders and us investers. issued at the same time. Now understand even if they were issued at the same time that when they come off of restrictions the corporate entities will all be firing their pistols before you even get to draw your 6 gun to begin shooting. They will ALWAYS have the edge.

Those with free trading shares already are "ready" for the draw when management turns to allow their buddies TO DRAW but they will still have an edge on us too.

This will probably be in the runing before anyone can draw that is why the share price may begin to rise. I mean why try to run this if the share price ain't going to run anywhere, oh it is going to run alright! rest a sure but will people be ready? can't run without no excitement and I don't see people excited as iI would have thought?
