First evidence is increasing the A/S. Second evidence is taking the PPS to almost zero by continuous dilution. With 2 billion share it was so hard to move up, now with this huge number, it is close to impossible to retain any good PPS. But in order to deceive and take in more losers, they need to make the PPS attractive, so they have to raise the PPS, and the tools is R/S. This is what most if not all pink co do.
