But how do we know all of this will lead to an increase of the PPS?

I've been invested in HCPC for just under a month, and I've yet to see any PR from them. Lots of DD from people like yourself, but NOTHING from the company. If this $672mil loan has closed, why no PR in 2 weeks?

I'm not worried, just a little concerned...
