i am not aware that GM dealers can do whatever they want with their cars without permission from their BRAND. they are "dealers" and they sell cars under a dealer agreement with the manufacturing brand. thus, i would assume that GM would have to have some knowledge and given some sort of clearance for their dealers to take their cars and send them out to revenge to be modified and resold. i don't believe it would work that way, and that is what i am calling gm to find out. just like retailers can't take polo shirts and modify the designs while maintaining the polo logo without permission from Ralph Lauren to sell them as such.
