so, is Barack Hussein Obama saying that he would NOT be relying on the military commanders in the field? By the way, where did he acquire his marvelous command of matters of the military and diplomacy, correspondence course? All I've seen Barack skillfully achieve so far, is to buy a home he couldn't afford, with the aid of an indicted influence peddler, and apparently get away with it.
He has NOT demonstrated that he would be able to transcend race and partisan politics, though that seems to be what his supporters believe.
