"Bush has always said he would be relying on the information and advice from the commanders in the field". You confirm The Decider is not REALLY the decider, it's his "commanders in the field" who are deciding our foreign policy/military policy - Interesting. Guess that lets the self-proclaimed Decider off the hook for one of the worst decisions any US president has EVER made.
