sue , i would tell your friend to see what is there. my brother-in-law had two children with handicaps.

so agent orange , etc. could have cause something like this to him.

He wasn't disabled at all from the war. He hadn't been feeling well for about 6 months but he never went to the doctor until last April.

He was diagnosed in May and died in June.

I don't think he was entitled to anything but I was just curious as to Agent Orange and I wanted to read up on it more.

When I did a search on Google there were over 2 million hits.

answer:
today is different for vets. it is much easier for a claim from nam vets.
