The dilution is over.I will not bore you with the details ,but for those bright enough to understand the reason is in the last amendment ie preferred shares

Next week will be a big turning point for this company, They are about to put out there second biggest pr. It will give details that will explain all that is about to unfold . There biggest PR as you can guess, will follow on from what will be said next week. For those astute enough to read between the lines, the message can be fathomed out in the latest amendment regarding preferred stock, in order for the stock to be $1 ask yourself what assurances would you be looking for?
