That would be a good guestion answered. Not sure why anyone sells or buys other than belief or disbelief.

What type of eveidence do you wish to have to convince you it is real? It is a non reporting company so what other avenue is there for information other than PR and website updates? I truly am confused as to what you would look for.

My guess is it's the old shell owners. After all, we were just informed by new management that the old shell owners failed to disclose a few things.
