The old shell owners can't be blamed since after the r/s there were only 250,000 shares. Here there are millions moving and they were all created by present management.
Over 200,000,000 shares were created post-split. Under what exemption is the question.
They issued a PR saying that there will be no Regulation D and that they have financing-- so where did the shares come from and how did they end up on the market?
Why even go Pink if you have no intention to obtain financing using it?
I don't think we can point to the old management here. Present management diluted this.
