I smell stockholder lawsuits, big time.

What is to prevent some other big firms offering $3 tomorrow?

This all could get pretty ugly, but you know, in the long run our whole financial outlook needs to have a time of working things out, to have traditional values restored like living without all these huge debts and buying on credit, whether it be companies or individuals.

I guess the hope is that in working the excesses out, we don't have a collapse that can't be managed.
