To cash and Neil also...here is her recent comment on the R/S at this time:
"It is the viewpoint of management at this time that a reverse stock split without the fundamentals to support a higher price would be harmful to both the Company and our shareholders.
Now that could change if they are working out a deal to uplist....but that takes time and to do the R/S way before the uplist would like she said....be harmful to both the company and the shareholders. So I think it's likely down the road but not in short term. iMHO
