Any guy who is dumb enough to get caught doing this is a guy who we do not want in any position of public authority. What he did was as dumb as it gets. As for "" They all do it. "". And how do you know that ? You DO NOT !!!!! What happened to 'Innocent until proven guilty ' ? Oh yeah .. "JFK did". Did anyone ever PROVE IT ??? No they did not.
