You found it, andiklimm, by 10K Wizard, however there is always a great number of people who know of these things before they become public.
The only way the public can tell something stinks is by the price and volume. The volume lately had been picking up and the price falling. Haijek reports that 10K is really not ETLK's.

I hope that there is nothing material that will surprise us.
