I think he will offer to resign as a bargaining chip. Although, the NYPost says he will resign tomorrow AM. Maybe he has already struck a deal. Can you imagine being the Prosecutor in this deal? No one is going to be happy with him. Lots of folk want blood. But, if he goes for blood, this could drag on forever and cost millions. If he settles for a plea, he'll be pilloried in the press. Spitzer is no dummie.
