If you do in fact work for Goodyear which I believe to be false. What is your companies policy concerning employees posting on message boards about other companies in a negative fashion ? Especially when the employee is not authorized to do so ? It would seem to me that the legal ramifications for such actions could be hazardous to ones employment not too mention the overall health of the company. Hey, maybe your posted message should be sent to HYVR for them to see if legal proceedings could be filed against Goodyear for malicious intent. Or better yet, sent to your employer to see if they consider this propper conduct !!!!!
