!!!! HRCT FROM IT'S JAN 31 Q&A state there are about 82Mil Restricted shares add in the 3,576,751 Mil for the IT company we have roughly 86 Mil Restricted and lets say we end the year with total outstanding of 186 Mil - the 86 Restricted that leaves 100 Mil Outstanding and available for trading by the public. The true float as OF would apply and if no 144's ever get filed lets say for the rest of the year your still looking at a good num. And one thought on the R/S that no one has brought up, wonder how well this would go over with all these companies who where issued Restricted Shares " O by the way you now have 10 times less shares " I know, same value, but they just might not look at it that way at all. To them it might be the more the better.JMHHO
