Now that the 2007 10K has been filed, the going concern qualification is technically in place until a year from now when the 2008 10K is filed. The relevance of this, of lack thereof, has been addressed in prior posts.

There will probably not be a significant milestone on submission of the BLA (insofar as there is no real doubt it will happen), but there might be one on the FDA’s acceptance of the BLA for review, which should come during 3Q08.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Dr. Cox inserted that passage for the benefit of prospective partners, some of whom presumably dialed in to hear the CC.
