“We're working to bring these negotiations to a successful conclusion over the next few weeks.”
This is the statement that got me to buy more following the CC. However, I keep wondering why they did the horrible financing they just did if that was the case? If they did the financing to achieve removing the 'going concern' statement, then I could see the logic, but they did not even achieve that... So I wonder... Either this CFO is clueless, or they are not so certain about the partnership timing, or possibly they got trapped into doing a bad financing by some weird previous agreement, which comes back to a clueless CFO...
Note that we are trading at $0.6 and the financing was done at $0.87 so, in principle, the CFO could look like a genius but not when you take into account the free grants they got with the stock that expire 7 years from now!
