[P2O I'm from MO]

The person I chatted with could not provide me with the delay
from the time the AS is changed to the time Delaware knows of it.
I wonder what the amount of time could be, a few days, a week,
or much more? Does anyone have the info handy about the filing
time requirement (just to save me time looking for it)?
