Its not rhetoric at all. Earnings drive stocks. Granted, the annual report isn't due for a few months, but there was talk of filing Q's at the beginning of last year. There has been new talk of filing Q's starting with this quarter. There was talk as recently as two weeks ago of a NASDAQ listing in July - pray tell, how do you get on NASDAQ or become fully reporting without audited financials? I sure as #### hope they're working on something!
