#1881 RE: Zynex WB #1860

ZynexWB please provide me the case then

Would like the link so I don't get.... no no not that one the other case from 2005 or .... Did I say Tender Loving Care? No no I meant Tender Loving Care LLC. Provide a link to the specific case you claim to be referencing so we can be clear. Remember the standard you have to satisfy is that you have to show me someone prosecuted for using a ZYNX model. That means they market to the doctor who then liking the product refers the patient to ZYNX with a prescription. The reps than get paid for each referral the doctor makes to ZYNX.

I'll take something functionally the same but you actually need to provide the example. As I said I contend no such example exists and you have been evasive for days now in providing one.

I am assuming now that you simply refuse to answer my question about your motivations. The "I'm just a good samaritin looking out for the industry" is kind of obviously crap and noone will believe it. Its too bad you couldn't just come clean.

In the interest of moving things along though LF's comments on your theoretical numbers mirror mine. What I was actually going to reference was the sales growth between Dec 06 and Mar 07. To pull off your numbers they would have had to cut spending on all other SGA other than sales by 125,000 in a single quarter or about 20%. Your numbers are for practical purposes in possible because noone can get 60% sequential growth while cutting administrative expenses by 20% unless they are also capable of turning water into wine.

In addition the numbers for compensation are not reported anywhere so we would have to take your word for it. Given you misrepresented their cash level, misrepresented a statute, and don't understand receivables or doubtful accounts and admit something as simple as SGA makes your head swim you will understand my skepticism.
