I'm happy you are only 4% exposed.

I have truthfully stated that i am spending my time and brain power because I am angry at Zynex's tactics in my industry and the damage it is doing to our overall credibility. I am sincere when I say that i want to enlighten investor's so they can make better investment decisions regarding Zynex. I am encouraged that some posters to this board and Yahoo's are listening.

I have zero investment in this stock. None. Nada.

I provided the example. You located an old case and not the one i excerpted for you. the TLC case from 2005 is spot on!

Is that to be the defense? Our industry misunderstands the statute. The government does not and health care lawyers do not.
