goldfinger you see the news this morning from the CEO regarding your false allegations??? You will probably have to file bankruptcy after the settlement and the lawyer fee's. I tried to tell you that Mr. Peter Van Dyke means business and when you slander someone like you have you now get to pay the price. There are also a few other posters here who are about to fall into that same lawsuit. Remember a very important part of the TOS of IHUB:

Disclosure of Your Identity
From time to time we receive requests to disclose the identities of our users. We do not disclose the identities of our users unless we are legally required to do so.
If a governmental agency (for example, the Securities and Exchange Commission, law enforcement agencies, US Attorneys' offices or similar governmental agencies) sends us a subpoena, we will comply with it. If we receive a subpoena by a third party that is not a governmental agency (for example, a subpoena in connection with civil litigation), we will attempt to contact the user whose identity has been requested using the contact information the user provided during the registration process. We will wait 10 days after notifying the user before complying with the subpoena by disclosing the identity of the user, unless the subpoena requires us to disclose this information before then. If we cannot wait 10 days because of the deadline in the subpoena, we will advise the user of the deadline included in the subpoena when we provide notice that we received it.
Subpoena Process: If you plan to submit a subpoena to us, please understand the following: 1) There is a $150/hr charge for us to read and/or comply with a subpoena. The minimum fee is $300, plus production expenses. 2) Private messages can not be part of a subpoena or any other kind of inquiry. If you have any questions, please e-mail us. But be realistic with your questions and requests. These lawsuits are a waste of time and nearly always get quashed. Save yourself the expense.

REBUTTAL TO POSTING # 32395 BY GOLD FINGERS

It has been reported to me, Peter Van Dyke, CEO of IAHL Corporation that investigations have traced Gold Fingers to Albany, Georgia, and is part of the previously mentioned campaign orchestrated by an individual desperately trying to stop the acquisition of Thrush Aircraft by IAHL.

Gold Finger is relying on Howard Levy, who he has now talked to twice. What Gold Finger may not know is that Howard Levy is a known felon having served jail time for smuggling motorcycles into Jamaica. As to Howard Levy, the highly respected CEO of International Airlink, a successful Jamaican Charter and scheduled airline as quoted by Gold Fingers, further has been written up by the JCAA for numerous accounts of careless piloting. Presently, his license is suspended as he recently had an accident (lost an engine with emergency landing). The JCAA discovered the aircraft was 100 hours over inspection. They also stated that Levy will not be given an AOC to operate two aircrafts he supposedly purchased and hoped to put into service.

Contrary to Levy’s claim, this young man at the time pursued me across Jamaica to give him a chance and allow him to join Jamaica Airlink. It was necessary to operate the company with a Jamaican National and operate under their AOC. Howard Levy was operating a Cessna 206 (6 seat aircraft) doing approximately 6-8 passengers daily under the name of RUTAIR. Premier Aviation Group, Inc. gave Levy a generous salary, named him Managing Director and gave him 50% of the stock of Jamaica Airlink. Premier Aviation Group, Inc. thought that we were generous in our remuneration package. Incidentally, I personally named the Company, Jamaica Airlink.

Howard Levy was fired from the Board of Jamaica Airlink and severed from the company. Why, Levy embezzled $12,000.00 from the company checking account by writing a check to his wife. Jamaica Airlink got an injunction against Levy and continued operations for a time. Presently, Levy is the defendant of an extremely strong lawsuit which is ongoing.

Jamaica Tourlink is a certified Jamaican Company and wholly owned subsidiary of Premier Aviation Group, Inc. (www.jamaicatourlink.com). No stock was ever SOLD or offered to elderly Jamaicans. No lawsuit was lost by Peter Van Dyke. Also, Peter Van Dyke never had a Jamaican permit to be revoked.

As to the comments on Integrity, NOTHING could be further from the TRUTH. All knowledgeable aerospace engineers and test pilots that have examined the Integrity and know the Trislander Aircraft have verified the value of the Integrity Aircraft.

The libelous and scandalous quote attributed to Levy will be added to the current lawsuit. If the TRUTH be had, turn Gold Fingers remarks exactly backwards to get a more honest discussion.

As to Gold Fingers with your twisted, perverted comments and personal defamation and assault on my character, you leave me little choice but to seek legal action against you and your co-conspirators.

To all our share holders, I thank you again and hope the desperate attempt by these people to do anything possible to stop the acquisition does not succeed and hurt all our dreams and good fortune.

Golden, just want to take this time to thank you for all those shares I just picked up. Sorry, I will not fund the defense, because I am siding with the company and PVD's dreams. I believe that this deal will go through and IAHL will own Thrush.

But what makes this Levy guy so credible? He's about as credible as Sandy Farkas of the Albany Journal who had the Journal's lawyers offer cash settlements twice to fend off the defamation suit that is pending against it for slandering people down in Georgia.
