No, not at all. You just keep saying there hasn't been any insider selling, which is complete BS. Now insider selling isn't the same thing as company selling, which its unclear as to whether or not thats been going on.

However, we do know that they've used common stock to pay off various promotion groups, so whether or not its directly from the company or from the promotional group, its still dilution. It would also mean that the AS must have been increased considerably, without our knowledge of course, because the TA is gagged.

None of this is even remotely unusual for a pinksheet company to do, but you need to be aware of whats actually going on to make an informed decision of when to Buy and Sell IMO.

Personally I think we're still in a holding pattern and won't break below .0010 again, or even get that low. I think we'll churn here for a bit, before something happens to move us back up above .0020 to .0030 range, whether it be a PR or whatever.

There is always a value placed on the shares whether they are being sold by insiders like Jerry, or whether they are issued to the likes of Paragon or for PR alerts.

14m shares easily becomes 500m shares while being sold and it will dilute! imo
