Yes, just another attempt by Nokia to muddy the waters. I would describe Nokia's efforts to delay the ITC proceeding as frantic. I don't think the ITC will fall for this kind of stuff and Nokia is probably very worried that their legal tactics will not work in this forum. Didn't the ITC describe one of Nokia's legal arguments as "without merit"?
And the ITC clock keeps ticking. I can't wait to see what Nokia comes up with next.
