That's because scamster Huppe seems all too happy to issue another bunch of shares with whatever excuses just to sell it into the market next, and chances are that their little software company acquisition will mean that they signed another death spiral convertible, especially when the AH started right back up again last Friday.
Fact is, your investment is in deep doodoo, and I'm afraid attacking SPZI's O/S is not going to help you here.
