Sharga, sub-penny stocks simply don't do stock buy-backs.

Now it's possible they will do one if the company hits the big time, starts making some money where they have cash in the bank and the stock is trading at $5 a share or higher but with the PPS sitting at .0001-.0004, they ain't doing a buy-back. If people are waiting for them to do a buy-back at this level to raise the PPS, they are gonna be sadly disappointed.
