problem is people have studied neural connections in the brain of the fetus for many many years. It would be instructive to all to review some fetal neuroanatomy before judging "personhood".
being born with an IQ of 15 does not denote personhood to me.
Still, abortion as required by amniocentesis appears to be protected so far.
