you read my posting wrong...i did not imply the sec had the filings...i gave the time line and think 6 months is wayyyy off base...the bermuda transfer comes 1st...the independent auditors now have control of when the filings get sent to bermuda...then to sec after the share swap...news should come out before company files with sec...this is how it was explained to me...
