Mid march = 15 days from now + 30 days to review + 60 days to register = more than halfway to 6 months... IF Bermuda is in fact mid-march.

The one thing I've learned from this company is you cannot overestimate the timelines.

True the independent auditors control the time it takes them to review but the total time involved is controlled by many other factors. Share swap being one, SEC comment correction another, the OTC approval time and just normal back and forth discourse.
