Feb 26, 2008 (financialwire.net via COMTEX) -- AMEC | news | PowerRating | PR Charts -- February 26, 2008 (FinancialWire) 4C Controls Inc. (OTCBB: FOUR) commenced trading on the OTC Bulletin Board with its new corporate name and symbol on February 26, 2008. The company was previously Amecs Inc. and traded with the symbol AMEC.

The company does not have significant operations. It intends to develop a business-to-business e-commerce web site to serve as an electronic market place for retail and wholesale automotive dealerships, as well as to facilitate the dealers to offer and bid for vehicles that are coming of lease, offered as a trade-in, or other available vehicles.

The company was founded in 2004 and is based in Las Vegas, Nevada. When it was still trading as Amecs Inc., 4C Controls shares closed at $2.13 on February 25.
