I love it. So you have citron amongst others exposing this stock for what it is....a 400 mil market cap OTC stock, with no intrinsic value/no revenue/business.....

So we have secret Middle-Eastern investors organizing a company to put up spy satellites, using the public trading facilities of the Nasdaq to raise money from the public? $70 million in investments from S-8 offshore stock sales propping up a company with a purported $400 million market cap, sloshing through tax havens in the Marshall Islands, the Isle of Man, and Swiss Bank accounts, courtesy of the NASDAQ? Is this even remotely OK ? Havent followed this in a while and didnt know about the huge decline. Have to look up their other two reverse merger stocks to see how they are doing. That market cap was very ridiculous in the first place. I think I got in around 1.75 and sold at 4 or something.

(OTCBB: FOUR) commenced trading on the OTC Bulletin Board with its new corporate name and symbol on February 26, 2008. The company was previously Amecs Inc. and traded with the symbol AMEC.

The company does not have significant operations. It intends to develop a business-to-business e-commerce web site to serve as an electronic market place for retail and wholesale automotive dealerships, as well as to facilitate the dealers to offer and bid for vehicles that are coming of lease, offered as a trade-in, or other available vehicles.
